Guests had a choice of smoked salmon spread served on a tortilla, white or wheat bread; or a pulled pork sandwich on a bun along with sliced pickles, pickled artichoke hearts, pickled jalapenos and choice of chips. Beverages choices were ice tea, Gatorade, Tang or water.
